The
falafel is
a pre-fried quick-frozen hamburger for vegetarians.
The
history of the falafel began in
the ancient Egypt, later it became
popular also in the countries of the Near East. Its special spicy
flavor has made it very popular by now all over the world; this special
food plays a role in the cooking of several countries. There are many
ways of eating it. As one likes it, it can be offered with vegetables,
rice, potato or as garnish. Several dressings, sauces go well with it
(for example chili, mayonnaise, mustard).

Preparation:
After
taking it out from the
deep-freezer we let to melt it on room
temperature for a couple of minutes, then deep-fry it in a friteuse or
a frying-pan.
We can serve it with vegetables, rice, potato or as garnish. We
recommend it to sauces or with fresh salads, with yoghurt dressing as a
light dinner.
Ingredients: Water, peas, onion, parsley, salt, flour, breadcrumblings,
black pepper, garlic, leavening agent (E500).
No artificial colorings and preservatives contained.
Storage temperature: - 18 C, 1 kg package ~ 80 balls.
After
defrosting no re-freeze!
